Privacy Policy
Effective 23 October 2026 · Biverio Studios LTD
The short version: Project Converter Pro does not collect, store, share or sell any personal data. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no network access. Your files stay on your Mac. This website, which is separate from the app, uses ad-measurement cookies, only with your permission where the law requires it (details).
The app
- Files you open. The app reads only the timeline files you choose, by opening them or dragging them in. It writes only to the location you choose in the save dialog. The macOS App Sandbox enforces this.
- Processing. All conversion happens on your Mac. Timeline contents, file names and media paths are never transmitted anywhere.
- Network. The app does not connect to the internet. Links in the Help menu open this website in your browser.
- Settings. The app stores one preference on your Mac, whether you've seen the welcome guide. It never leaves your device.
- No tracking. No analytics, crash-reporting or advertising SDKs are included. Apple may share anonymous crash reports and usage statistics with us if you opted in to sharing with app developers in macOS settings. That data is collected by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through the Mac App Store. We don't receive your name, email or payment details.
This website
This website is separate from the app. Nothing in this section applies to Project Converter Pro itself.
The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Like any web server, the hosting provider may log technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the service. See Firebase's privacy information.
To learn which of our ads bring visitors, the site uses measurement tags from Meta (Meta Pixel), Reddit (Reddit Pixel) and Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads). They record that you visited a page and whether you clicked a Mac App Store button, together with your IP address, browser details and cookie identifiers. These companies process that data under their own policies: Meta, Reddit, Google.
If you visit from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, these tags stay off unless you choose Allow in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings. We never see your name or email address, and we do not sell any data.
Mac App Store links carry a campaign code so that App Store Connect can show us how many downloads came from each ad. Apple reports this to us only as totals.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
